I doubt that it would decrease the amount of bickering if a person is a jerk they will continue to be a jerk. I have always preferred that the games be social. I think it may bring more people in because they would know they are not going to lose a lot of rating points. I believe a lot of people do not read the messages out here. This should be announced before the tourneys for at least a week so we get some more input. Also on a different subject everybody should be told that ignorance of the rules is not an excuse so it would be in their best interest to read the rules.
