I have noticed that it seems like any and all game discussion in the lobby is strongly discouraged. I know that sometimes the comments can be rude and insulting, and I agree we should discourage that kind of trash talk, but sometimes if a player asks why did you play this or that, giving the player a chance to say because I only had these cards or suits or otherwise would have put high out etc, that even this is discouraged.
I think that game talk in the lobby should be encouraged, as long as it doesn't go negative, because it will give people an opportunity to learn more about the game and to develop better strategies. Questioning a player after a game is not hostility, nor should it be taken as such. I have heard it explained that not all players are at the same skill level, but that only proves my point that we should allow for these learning opportunities.
What say??
