Frizzen replacement

How hard is it to replace a frizzen. The one on my rifle has been faced with steel and the steel is badly scarred and is hell on flints. The size is about the same as a large siler frizzen but I wil need to drill it for the screw and then final fit and harden it. Alernate solution is send it out to have it done but I don't know who to send it to. HELP!!
