Just returned from the early West Virginia antlerless muzzleloader season. It was really different from any other ML season I have ever hunted. Deer hunting in shorts and a tee-shirt. Don't git much bettern that. Well thats not totally true, that one morning it was a little chilly so I slipped my light camo coveralls on, but they were off by noon. It was a really nice time carrying the ole .58 Hawkin flinter around. Tons of squirrels. too bad squirrel season isn't in yet. Scored on a small doe. should be some good eatin. Anyone else get out during the early season.
