I finally got out and was able to try out my new peep sights on my TC Hawken, and what a difference. Now I know they are not traditional but with old eyes, it was a peep sight or give up hunting with a muzzleloader. I would recommend this to anyone having trouble being able to see the sights. I would never do this with my custom built flinter, but it sure works on my not so traditional TC Hawken.
