Rick: >Tele, don't know if you're interested in alternative history/sci-fi novels..... I'm a big fan of the series and how they portray the historical figures. I thought it was interesting that the series had helped arm the Swedish armies and their allies with a Flintlock version of the Enfield which could be easily converted to Percussion or as a breechloader as the tech base advances. All of a sudden, they find themselves facing down French made copies of the Sharps Percussion Rifles and realize they goofed big time! Yep, I enjoy most of the books of the series. Slowmatch Forever!
