Truth be told, last September's shoot did have a bit of a glitch. Hurricane Ike came through the Midwest as a windstorm (no rain) and knocked out power to the ranges (as well as most of several States). So the ranges were closed for about half a day.
But nobody was interested in shooting a national championship target in a 70 MPH crosswind anyway.
