Over 100 inches of snow and more on the way. Can use the water as long as it continues to thaw slowly. Doing some gun oiling, and minor repair work. Getting ready to turkey hunt, looking at some loads to try out in a 62 smoothie with a full jug choke. Did try a snow goose hunt in Nebraska. saw thousands of them but when yo are hunted over 9 months of the year it takes a really good set to get them in range. We did harvest a few though. Saw some spring plumage pintails with sprigs so long they had a hard time flying in formation with out poking the rear duck in the eye! Impatiently waiting for spring!
