What ball and patch combo do you use? What is twist and depth of rifling? How much powder?

.40 douglas barrel
1/66 twist
.395 swaged ball and .017 pillow ticking
50 gr FFG Goex for 25-50 yards
75 gr FFG Goex for 100 yards
