Laughery Creek is known as a smallmouth bass stream. I don't say it's got lunkers lurking, but it has a good population. I have no idea how fish can stay put in flooding streams like that, but it seems they do. Anyone know the answer to that life riddle?
If anybody wants to share a ride from western Ohio to Friendship for the work weekend, I've got a seat available.
