Carl, I have a 57SML mounted on a GPR (just like in the picture)and there is no provision for an allen wrench. The elevation is controlled by the coin slotted knob on the left (slide slide)and there is a small set screw that limits the "down travel" of the sight (also adjustable with a very fine bladed screwdriver or knife blade). It would be possible to replace the small screw with an allen setscrew if one so wanted, but that just adds an unneccsary complication. (BTW that set screw allows one to remove the slide and replace it without losing your "zero" once you have the rifle sighted in.)
