Lyman sm 57 peep question

Does anyone remember how to adjust the elevation on the tang mounted Lyman sm 57? Did it come with a tiny allen wrench that I lost ages ago?

I took out an old Deerstalker with the Lyman barrel that came with it today just to jog my memory on how it shot and now I remember. It shoots low and I don't have a wrench to fix that with.
