Have your sugar checked. Diabetics can have vision problems with changes in blood sugar. I know by experience. Before I got my sugar back in control, I was having all kinds of vision problems.
I'm doing pretty good now, but if I was having changes in vision, good one day and messed up the next, that is what I check first.
Other problems are cataracts and glaucoma, either of these can ruin your vision but once they set in, they don't usually get better with out surgery (cataracts) or treatment (glaucoma).
Don't fool with this! If it is just old age causing you to loose your close or distance vision, glasses may help. If it is diabetes, glaucoma or cataracts, medical help is about all that I know of that can get you sorted out.
