Yes sir, he sure does. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a custom. He usually does more fancy work, but I asked him for a "working" rifle plainly made. The extra work he did, smoothing up the lock, firepolishing the screwheads, etc, is really nice. YHS, Justice/tx
