I know this has been covered before but, someone (I think maybe Wes?) had a method for sighting in a rifle at close range for longer range shots. I know I will still need to confirm my results with some actual shots at the range I will be hunting but I need to get a rifle with a new barrel sighted in quickly. Muzzleloading deer season in Kansas starts tomorrow and I just fired a blank charge last night to see if the rifle functioned (it did!). Needless to say, I will not be hunting the opening day, at least not with the rifle with the new barrel.
