I am tasked with cooking 15 pounds of Bear hock at a Boy Scout camp-out on September 22. I have never been mistaken for a great cook, but I'd sure like to impress on these guys that game meat can make good eats.
Can anyone help me with a fairly easy recipe and any tips on preparing it? I understand that the meat is off the bone and already cut into pieces and well frozen.
