Elk is Ice Free

Had an e-mail from Clyde at Folly's yesterday that they had an "ice-out" yesterday and the Elk is free of ice (for now)! Clyde said it probably killed a lot of fish, but the stream is free of ice.
Now all you need is a house loan to buy a license!
