Posted by Dave Rinehart Drove by Conneaut to see what it looked like and it won't be fishable till maybe the 27th or so. Chagrin will be (?) fishable Saturday, definitely Sunday provided they don't receive more rain. Fished Paine Creek, and hooked two, landed one. Color was about greenish-yellow and about a foot of visibility. Will be perfect Saturday. Did not go to Mill, but assume it will be marginable Saturday and perfect Sunday (assuming no more rain). Talked to an angler on Paine and he had come from Big Creek and said it was unfishable. Oh, I almost forgot about the Grand. It was SCREAMING chocolate! The Grand will be fishable sometime in 2008. There you have it! Good fishing & tight lines.

Went to Elk Creek Friday morning and found it to be too high to fish. Clyde (at Folley's) said it "might" be fishable later in the afternoon, but it would perfect Saturday & Sunday. Only problem is there are NO new fish. Walnut will be good also.
