I wish I knew what the god damn tax rate was. I get statements every so often for national insurance or whatever but I fear what's coming in April. It's like 23% or something.

Obviously you do have that kind of money, because if you're paying tax on it then you must have earned it?! Just start putting aside 30% of your income everytime you get paid, cos that's what you need to pay in tax and National Insurance.
I dont feel right about paying £26 for ridiculously low internet usage limits.

For £20 a month I get 18.5Mb/s, truely is uncapped and 3 month rolling contract. Their router (bebox) is pretty crappy though.

Go to the site and you see no mention of a 18.5 service, a £20/month service, and everything is 12 month contracts. Thanks for that.
