I've decided to go to the chippy and get a big fat chip butty for my tea. That should warm my cockles a bit. And in weather like this, you can never have too much blubber, so I shan't be worrying too much about the effect it'll have on my waistline.
(Until I finish it, at which point the guilt will wash over me like surf over a beached whale)
