Tell you what does exist in London, though: Mohammadans 
. I was working a few days ago, and a witness was wearing a headscarf . She was raised as that religion where the dudes wear turbans so she was asked why she converted to Islam . She said that it wasnt because of her husband (her husband being Muslim ) but rather out of "education". Apparently, she did the research and independantly came to the conclusion that Allah is God and Mohammad (Peace Be Upon Him) was his Prophet . Or something. So now she wears a headscarf.
I think she should go full hog and where the ninja garb. I mean, that's what Mohammad would like. You know what else Mohammad was fond of? Eight year old girls. In the biblical sense.
