I find your misunderstanding of American culture comical. Its like that time you used Vanity Fair or whatever as a serious political reference.
Non-Americans have a warped sense of America. Its like I heard some clown saying that Americans say "African-Americans" a lot. Totally untrue. Its just something that one sees in the media and on government and corporate forms and the like. Most everybody says "black".
I suppose this goes to show the power of the media in shaping global views of what America is all about. And how utterly false this impression is.
If you want to know what America is about, you have to live it.
Im going to make a sandwich now.
