It's supposed to be a six month rehabilitation course, and I only had my shoulder operation in June, so i'm way ahead of sc-hed-ule. I've completed the thing in only half the normal time. Go me.
I first said I wanted the operation in January, and so it's taken nine months since then to actually have it done, and then recover properly. Which isn't bad I suppose. And now my shoulder will never agonisingly dislocate again, hopefully.
