All 30 pages. Came in five envelopes. Should have been £30 then. How pissed off would I have been if I paid that, though? So HSBC did the right thing. I probably would have changed banks if they charaged £30 for this.
What do you get for loyalty to your bank anyway? New customers get a lot of crap, but long-time customers...I dont think theres any benefit.
