One question was, "Who do you go to first if you want to buy a house in Scotland?". The choices were "solicitor", "estate agent", "building society", and something else.
I figured, "Easy. Estate agent".
No. The answer is "solicitor".
And just now, I see the same question but about England. So I figured, "Well, it was 'solicitor' for Scotland so probably the same for England".
No. Its "estate agent". This is what I mean. Why the #### am I being asked questions specific to Scotland? Like 5% of the UK population lives there. I have no intention of ever setting foot in that inbred place. So why ask the questions? Its irrelevant.
It would be not far off from taking a US test and them sticking some questions about Canada in there.
Or maybe a better example, you take a US test and they ask questions about how things are done in Texas. Like they ask you about some Texas holiday like...I dont know...Alamo Day or something. Something that doesnt exist outside of Texas.
Or they ask you what color they dye the river in Chicago on St. Patrick's Day. Or whats the name of the big blue termite in Providence? Its ####ing stupid.
