Ive seen studios for LESS than £500/month on Gumtree. Crazy. And its like 30 minutes to central London. Im like an hour away in shitty ass Wembley.
I'd just go for a straight forward flat. Seems pointless living in a studio if you aren't planning on recording music, and i'm presuming you aren't. And imagine the inconvenience of sweaty bastard bands traipsing in and out at all hours, doing your head in with their off-key caterwauling. No wonder it's so cheap.
