Ive seen studios for LESS than £500/month on Gumtree. Crazy. And its like 30 minutes to central London. Im like an hour away in shitty ass Wembley.
And I quite liked Croydon when I went there for some job interview. Big buildings and such like a proper city. The only down side is the lack of underground station, but theres a train station. Those trains are expensive but...eh. It would be worth it to live in a nice area and relatively cheap rent. And it looked like an integrated, multi-racial area (unlike the rest of London).
So yeah, Im going to look at Croydon. These assholes havent emptied the trash in many days now. Its overflowing. I think theyre trying to make a point, but Im not emptying it. I empty it when its nearly full. Not overflowing. When its overflowing, its their problem. They should empty it when they see that its nearly full.
