Haha. I told Jo that I'm no longer going to go out on weekends when the Jubilee Line is closed (its closed almost every weekend). I really hate taking those damn "rail replacement" buses. Pretty weak replacements.
So I say:
The Jubilee Line is down for repairs so I'll
be continuing my strike this weekend. Its unfortunate, but sooner or
later they'll crack and stop closing the line on weekends. Plus, its
too hot to travel anyway.

service. I don't think they are going to crack because one person is not
going to use the line. Good luck though. Are you going to let the
jubilee line ruin your social life? What about dates, will you only go
out during the week, or will you make an exception to make alternative
travel arrangements for that special lady?

Shes right. Its only closed from Green Park to Stratford on Saturday. I probably wouldnt use that section anyway. But on Sunday the whole line is closed. I thought the whole line was closed the entire weekend.
Still, it is too hot. ####ing dying on those trains. Sweating like a pig especially with that damn tie and the thick sleeve cuffs. Its ridiculous. Get some god damn air conditioning in there.
