SWAT 3: Tatical Game of the Year Edition

I have recently reopended my "games not used to often" drawer and found my copy of SWAT 3: Tatical Game of the Year Edition in there. I remembered the WorldCraft tool and decided to give it a try.
The probelem I am having is every now and again the three 2D view screens will lock up and freez.
Another thing is I can't run the scenareo after completing it. I am having troble figureing out the game options thing under tools -> options.
Any help at all would be very helpful.

Any addons for textures is okay too. :)
