David Sweetin could not get promoted to Regional Director, due to his lack of education. This guy retires after getting in his feelings comeback months later and continues to promote now to Director for a second time with a six figure salary. They wonder why people are leaving in large numbers. This like this is why some are dissatisfied. Collier and Mendoza are killing the agency.
Absolutely, why take an opportunity to grow and develop the future leaders of the agency when you can just give jobs to your best friends. Its so demoralizing to the staff that give 150% everyday, whats the point of working hard if thats not what determines promotions.
