Federal Judge Carter sets Trial Date for Obama's Eligibility!

The expedited trial has been set for Jan. 26, 2010!

Many concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in Chief. About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other records that he has hidden from the American people.

Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama's request for dismissal. He indicated there was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed. Obama is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe that. Obama would prefer a "kangaroo court" instead of a Federal court! Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama's motion for dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if he has one).

The judge, WHO IS A FORMER U.S. MARINE, repeated several times that this is A VERY SERIOUS CASE which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of war. He basically said OBAMA MUST PROVE HIS ELIGIBILITY to the court! He said Americans deserve to know the truth about their President!

The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter would have none of it and cut them off several times. Obama's attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing looking defeated and nervous.

Great day in America for the U.S. Constitution! The truth about Barack Obama's eligibility will be known fairly soon - Judge Carter practically guaranteed it!

I believe that all steps were taken to make sure that Obama is legal but it is strange that they or him are using so much time, money and effort to hide his birth place when he could make so many people look stupid and make him look so much smarter, and that is what needs to be looked into.

You always come up with lame excuses, like too much spending, where is his birth certificate, etc. There got to become a time when you have to be reasonable. I know i can't change your mind, but why do i have to remind you. "You got a crush on Obama." Quit being so ignorant and talk about things that are relevant, everytime I hear something from you, it's a joke or a reference of a negative manner. Tell me about your unit or whats going on in Texas, TDCJ, DPS, law enforcement or what have you. Damn, do you ever have something else to talk about. LOL DUH

lil tx, there are a lot of educated, patriotic americans that feel there is something not quite right with Obama's birth certificate. The man's own grandmother said she saw him being born, in her country. IF everything was on the up and up why would the Obama camp fight so hard to keep it from view?

I have to agree with old toot, what goes on in Wasington is very important. And when our supposed leader refuses to provide information that could declare once and for all whether he is actually an AMERICAN citizen and end all this foolishness by simply showing the birth certificate!! Why all the fuss, bother, fighting and expense- all the man has to do is show the #^%$ proof!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It should be so simple! Why is he trying to hide it??? Is he actually a citizen, or is another one of his lies????

To me its just like watching a show like Oprah or Dr. Phil where the plot and the settings are empathetic, controlled, and classy (positive). Compared to a show like Jerry Springer, in which showcases illiterate, ranchy,sex mongerers,hate group members, and immaturity(negative) Now honestly, which show would you watch. I assume the latter, because you are entertained by "opposition to the norm." as for the OP (original post), is this what the repubs do everytime they lose? whine and use the courts to determine the eligibility of any and every democrat? and they talk about the dems wasting money.

i cannot find this story on any major news outlet, nowhere really, just blogs...not even faux news has anything on it. could you provide a credible source that is not a conservative blog?

oh, tootsie, do tell me, what is my kind? the kind that doesn't listen to propaganda? or how about the kind that accepts the fact that the man won the election? oh, i know, the kind that did a google search and all i could come up with were blogs, more blogs, uhm, did i say blogs? there were a couple articles from some right wing sites, i read those, they were poorly written, but not credible enough for me to actually be concerned. personally, i really don't think he (pres. obama) has anything to worry about.

*smh*, all the other crap going on and you birthers preoccupy your time chasing your rears.

how about you learn to read next time, cause i could have sworn i stated in my initial response that i looked for an article or story on every major news outlet i could think of, i even looked at smaller, less well known news sources, all i could find were opinion pieces, blogs, and a couple of crazy folks on a radio show. i asked for a more credible source, is that so hard to produce?

btw, i forgot to thank you for my handle, it's really starting to grow on me.

you guys just don't like it when others disagree with you, so that means that those people didn't do their homework. i gather information from ALL sides, not just the liberal side, i like to see what others are thinking, what facts they present, and draw a conclusion from there. i just happen to not agree with any of you.

Believe what you want... Americans want proof!

In Obama's case the final vetting authority rested with none other than Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi... she was Chair of the Democratic National Convention . . . and thus the main signatory of the Democratic National Committee's "Official Certification of Nomination" for transmission to the state parties and election commissions.

In other words, it was Pelosi who signed the document that claims Obama was properly vetted.

Actually, Pelosi, signed two documents. The first stated: "This is to certify that at the National Convention of the Democrat Party of the United States of America, held in Denver, Colorado on August 25 though 28, 2008, the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution."

But that wasn't the signed and notarized document Nancy Pelosi sent to the election officials of all 50 states.

According to Williams, Pelosi and the DNC only sent that first document to one state � Hawaii.

Pelosi sent the other 49 states another document altogether... also signed and notarized on the same day as the first... almost identical to the first document except that it omitted some key words in the "Official Certification" that only Hawaii received. Guess which words?

You guessed it. The omitted words were all those after the word "respectively." That is, Pelosi left out the following: "and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution."

I am sick and tired of having to be so &$%# "touchy feely" to avoid hurting someone elses feelings, if they dont like being here and having the FREEDOM to believe as we wish, they can leave. We have had had men fight and die for over 200 years to give us the rights and freedoms we have in this country!! God Bless the men who have fought and/or died to give us the freedoms!!! But I am tired of being told we cant say "Christmas" or "God bless you", or a number of other things- its MY FREEDOM- its MY RIGHT!!!! If someone doesnt like that, well, go somewhere else- Im not stopping u!!!! Its supposed to be a free country- Im sick and tired of having MY rights stomped on by some fool!!!
