Chick-Fil-A has a more professional group of employees and managers than we do. Most have social skills, bathe regularly, have work ethics and they usually smile when they greet you. They start off at about $17,000 a year.
The money isn’t the problem at TDC. It’s the guy sitting next to you in turnout, that has body odor and rotten teeth. Couple that with the “baby mama” in front of you and throw in a liberal warden. That is a perfect storm for the introduction of contraband, employee turnover and every other problem in TDC.
