Stealing time

Making 130-150 in Overtime every month should definitely be looked at. The department heads, upper administrators and HR should know our work hours. Seems to be a select few are claiming hours that are within their regular work schedule as overtime to achieve this amount of hours in OT. How is the HR supervisor allowed to be at the same unit as family members. She is able to key in her own daughters time along with other family members. Kinda like nepotism or conflict of interest. Stealing time is costly to the state. The same person demanding OT to supervisors and it just being allowed is insane
