If you are truly working these hours...first of all fill out a PERS-534 overtime sheet and put it under the HR door... Atleast then they will know you are working these hours...next step is utilize your chain of command, and if that doesnt work, file a step one Grievance...airing it here will not do anything for you... "if its not on paper, it didnt happen". It is commone practice for supervisors to adjust schedules at the request of Admin to help cut overtime hours...this is an allowable practice. Working more than 16 hours in a rolling 24 hour period however is not unless there is a valid emergency (riot, escape etc)
