Improving Economy TDCJ Will Be Short Again Next Year Or Two

What a blessing to see the economy improving again just wait until hiring picks back up and watch us get short staff all over again within the next year or two. TDCJ will pay for cutting benefits to officers hired in starting Sept. 1. TDCJ will pay for the low Officers pay raise and giving those above the rank of CO larger raises. Maybe when CO's once again start to resign for other jobs will TDCJ treat their Officers with appreciation and drop the petty B.S. thats now going on because they can afford to lose people.
