This perp will not get any jail time. First of all, the Brazoria County District Attorney gives a low priority to TDCJ-ID crimes. Last, but most important; the perp is eligible for probation. Meanwhile, it is very likely that he will only be indicted for a state jail felony or less. He could plea bargain the third degree felony charge down to a misdemeanor. We should be glad that TDCJ-ID removed this perp after he was allowed to commit numerous felonies. Let's just hope that they keep it up. I think these sandwiches, ect should be imaged with and X-ray scanner. A whole new entrance should be constructed for this purpose and to allow employees to change clothes and leave their clothes in a locker before they enter the secure areas. Theu should change and leave their work clothes when they leave the secure area.
