oh, for the love of fuzzy kittens! your attempt to "school" someone else on their lack of understanding of politics and economics is extremely laughable coming from someone who subscribes to the myth that everyone on welfare does not work and are lazy. unless you know every single person on public assistance, your generalizations are useless and do not depict an accurate assessment of those receiving aid. MOST americans on PA work, pay into the system just as you and i do, they just don't make enough to survive on their income alone or their current employer does not provide good benefits.
the "me" generation...thanks for the laugh. this is especially ironic coming from you "tootster", considering you subscribe to conservatism, whose whole belief system is etched into the "me" line of thinking. those who don't give a damn about anyone else but themselves. republicans/conservative politicians have been lining their pockets for years. tax breaks for the richest of the rich, while screwing the middle class. defend the insurance companies, deregulating wall street....padding their pockets. party of keep the rich rich and eff the rest of us. party of trickle down economics. the real party of "me".
