Seems like this has caused a little talking on the board. Everyone had their opinion. I havent worked with any so I cant say how they are. In my opinion, if TDCJ was so short and good Texans did not want to work for our agency, maybe it was good they hired over there. If these folks have good work ethics, why not hire them. I do understand the language barrier can be difficult, but heck we have some nationals that have a hard time communicating with each other. I know from other types of buissnesses that folks from other countries appreciate work, and have excellent work ethics, they are greatful to be able to call America their new home, and have jobs that pay good. Any way we all had ancestors come from different parts of the world at one time or another. I know there will be some hatters out there, but this is my opinion.
