TDCJ as we know will do anything to save a buck including some Alien workers as Officers who cannot be understood in some cases and often times neither can the offenders. How can an offender respond to a direct order and the Alien officer cannot be understood even by his own coworkers and cases have to be thrown out wasting time and money.
