Foreign Recruits in TDCJ-ID. Better learn their languages.

This kind of recruitment causes problems for a lot of reasons, but I would rather work with the officers whose native land is Africa, than the low class Americans that dominate TDCJ-ID at every level. Don't forget the Major at the Ramsey Academy. He will be a Warden in the near future too. International people already have and will continue to have a profound impact on TDCJ-ID. I think it would be a good idea to require offenders to learn Asian and African languages as a way of making it possible to hire low cost, highly qualified people to officers. Those that have a tax break, will see their checks go farther for the those earlier years of TDCJ-ID employment. I have been thinking of learning the dominant Nigerian language, so that I can better understand my supervisors.
