Really, Concerned, that is some very adult and modern thinking on your part. Except for the fact that I know quite a few Officers, and Supervisors and Administrators who are women who handle the job better than some of the males that I have worked with. I have also worked around a few of the people from other countries, and one thing I noticed about them, they have some work ethic. Never had a problem with a language barrier. Are you sure that they are dangerous to work aound or are you?
