He resigned during an investigation of alleged sexual abuse of an offender in 2005. He went to work for TYC after that and resigned again but this time he said it was because he couldn't get along with his boss. It was a big deal when TYC found out about the sexual assault allegations.

Just amazes me that he could resign in the middle of a sexual assault investigation and then be hired by the Texas Youth Commission. No wonder we get a bad name!!
