I don't know anything about former Warden Willett and don't care for the way he runs the museum, but it looks to me like he is just trying to make a buck. Wardens chosen to operate death row are usually selected for their ability to cover-up mistakes. For examples, look at former death row Warden James Jones or the one(s) who replaced him. I don't see any problem with him making jokes as way to gloss over his inability to speak. Wonder who wrote the books for Willett?
