That is just the tip of the iceberg with the current warden at the Ferguson unit. An employee was fired yesterday soley on the statements of inmates and no evidence to collaborate the story.

Inmates were not polygraphed to verify their story but the employee was dismissed even though he strongly denied doing what was alleged. Why does TDCJ put these incompetant people in positions to oversee a major unit like Ferguson?
