I think the PERCEPTION is that Executive Administration will always ignore what a member of the "Good Ole' Boys" does as long as they kiss their butts and carries out their bidding. Now Huntsville HQ will act like they've never heard about problems with this Lieutenant and will act shocked. After all, PERCEPTION carries more weight than someone who actually is guilty of something. Just wait, this Lieutenant will come back through the Rehire Committee in a few years to a higher level position.
