Don't worry about impressing folks and don't worry about "Big secrets". Do your job to the best of your ability and the rest will take care of itself. I know of to many "BIG secrets" that have happened over the years. TAKE CARE OF BUSSINESS!! Don't put a target on your back. Prisons are like soap operas.....The more drama, the more attention.
