With all your ranting you forgot to mention that you also have a GED and got promoted for providing the Warden all that BBQ. How about incentive pay for employees that can just speak and understand English? Not many TDCJ guards can! You're right great supervisor of guards, you don't guard sh*t in that you probably don't spend enough time out of your or the majors office. So your Dad spent 20 years in the military. Are you trying to take credit for that too? Tell us about all the life saving decisions you've made and emergencies responded to in TDCJ. You might find some new boot that will believe you. I've been there and done that long before you were a drip on your mama's leg so don't try to impress me with pseudo intellectual babble about how knowledgeable and important you are.
