Early Retirement???

Im hearing rumors from other bosses that in 2010 or 2012 that we may have an early retirement for employees that are eligible.Anyone else hear this rumor-I hope it is fact-or if it is located on the internet. If so ,color me gone & Im NOT coming back to double dip.
