A good pay raise would have to come with standards like these. The agency can show that it has the same or similar standards as law enforcement. It would give more authority back to the correctional officers because they are able to make good sound decisions vs calling for a supervisor for every incident. Incentive pay for those that speak Spanish, Associates, Bachelor's, and Master Degrees, Etc
