I don't know where Huntsville could get that figure. All units except a few are under staffed. There are units in west texas that are 100+ officers short just on that one unit. Stiles is 40 short and growing shorter daily. Gist is growing short by leaps and bounds. The agency being just 100 officers short is just Huntsville with more propaganda. The big whigs go to the "Huntsville" Unit and Goree and see staff and figure looks good to them and then go back and say look how good it has gotten since I took over here it is good to be Brad. Then there is another reason for overtime, how bout the fine young individuals that we have to work with. I love these ethicalm, moral, intelligent... well I can't think of any other lies, that call in every 2 or 3 out of a set of fours. People with 80 months of service with 8 hours of time. You know the ones who have never filled out a Pers-24, if you don't know what that is go read another message this one is about you, hwoever are never losing time cause they have none. This is what caused the most overtime. Hope i answered your question and didn't sound to cynical.
